Privacy

Privacy policy.

What we collect through this website, why, and what you can ask of us. Short on purpose.

Last updated: 3 September 2026.

Who we are

Codefield Tech ("Codefield", "we") operates this website. We are headquartered in Joinville, Brazil, with a fully remote team around the world. Questions about this policy go to [email protected].

What we collect

The booking form: your name, work e-mail address, company, what you need, your description of the problem, your preferred time windows and the time zone your browser reports. We use it to reply to you and prepare the call.

Technical records: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, requested page) for security and reliability.

Analytics: if enabled, we use a privacy-respecting analytics service that does not use cookies and does not identify individuals.

We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell personal data.

Why we use it and on what basis

To answer your enquiry and hold the conversation you asked for: our legitimate interest in responding to a request you made, and, where required, your consent given by sending the form.

To keep the website secure and running: our legitimate interest in operating the service.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for 12 months after our last exchange, unless an engagement follows, in which case the details move to the client record under the Master Services Agreement. Server logs are kept for a short, fixed period by the hosting provider.

Who sees it

The founding engineers who answer enquiries, and the providers we use to run the website and deliver e-mail. Each acts on our instructions. Because our team is remote and works across the Americas, Europe and Asia, your data may be handled in any of those places, under safeguards appropriate to the law that applies to you.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR and Brazil's LGPD you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or receive a copy. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within the period the law sets. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
